Took my new second hand RV12 for a fly the other day. Flying straight and level at 3500 ft the plane suddenly went into full climb. I had to force the stick forward to get the nose back down. Does any one have any suggestions on how to lock an RV12. Either by padlocking the canopy or throttle for approval with CASA. If anyone has already found the solution photos would be appreciated.

I have purchased a second hand rv12. canopy sits flush with side wall on ground. Once in flight wants to lift and expand from the side wall about 15 mm. Can't go anywhere as the latch will hold it in place but looks awful and will get cold in the Winter. Has anyone else experienced this and how do w...
