I started to drill the holes for the conduit before I realized it I drilled .75" holes into 2 ribs on the wrong side of the rib. Frustrated

They are in the top of the rib instead of the bottom as shown in the recommended location drawing. I have drilled all the other ribs correctly except these 2 ribs have an extra hole. They are the 2nd and 4th in board ribs in the wing walk area. I guess my question is deburr, prime and keep building or do I order 2 new ribs?????

Don't even give it another thought Jerry. I drilled ALL the ribs on the top for the conduit...it can be dealt with easily enough.

Stupid question, What size should the hole for the conduit be? Confused

3/4" seems awfully small. The conduit is very tight in 3/4" hole.

I used 3/4", and it is a bit tight. Are you using the corrugated stuff or smooth? I used smooth, but wish I would've used the corrugated tube...

I did the same thing as Carl - using Van's corrogated conduit in 3/4" hole.
Pull.. stretch... wiggle up & down. Ignore the noise. After you get the hang of it - you can pull 1-2" though at a time.
Recommend you do the inboard ribs first since it's a little tight.
Don't squeeze the tubing too hard - it crushes easily (don't ask how I know).
I built both my wings at the same time - and pulled the conduit in 2 separate nights (all the stretching and relaxing of the conduit can be tough on the fingers - it pinches....).

I used a 3/4" hole too and it was a little on the tight side, however once the corrugated tubing is in the hole, it is loose, so you don't want to go any bigger than 3/4". I didn't find it a big deal at all to pull, maybe an hour between the two wings.

One thing you will want to do is put some tank sealant or RTV between the tubing and the rib so the rib doesn't work itself into the tubing. I used ProSeal and it worked out great.
