That forward top skin is almost always saved to last. Why did your friend recommend you wait until that skin is riveted? If thats the case, then you will pretty much have to do everything (wiring, canopy, control, etc..) before you can do the cowl. I haven't riveted mine on yet (give me 4 weeks!), so I can't speak out of experience on this matter.hydroguy2 wrote:Had a friend mention I should NOT do the cowl until the fwd top skin and firewall is riveted in place. Should I run my forward wiring and get all the panel wires in place, rivet the top skin before I get carried away with the cowl?
