No drag and no springs.

290hrs on the original pads. Just ordered new pads and will change them next month. I'm on my first set of tires too, I'm guessing they will last another 290 hrs. I don't use the brakes much.

I've been up in it a couple times, but no pictures. I was escorting our grandkids and at that age I couldn't take my attention away from them. Here's a shot a friend took in 2012 fly-in breakfast. About half the planes had already left and we were fueling up to leave, too. http://i92.photobucket.com/a...

Montana under wing

Kris and I are building our retirement place at Cabin Creek Landing (97MT) in Northwest Montana. We had to meet with a contractor on Saturday and the weather forecast called for "fantastic". We launched a few minutes before sunrise for the 1hr flight. http://i92.photobucket.com/albums/l40/Hydroguy2/...

Actually CJ...Kris's dad is here in NW Montana. Only 1 RV hour away. We decided to fly up tomorrow and spend some time with him. He's 80 but still hard on her. Kris was only 20 when she lost her mom(age 46) to cancer. We might try to come to Maine this fall after our daughter gets settled in August....

I might be around for a few minutes on the 5th, but most likely we are headed north to see Kris's family. Kris's dad has bone cancer and every day is special that she can be near him.

Thanks for the links and tips. I haven't even been flying so haven't had a chance to test. I did mount my camera to a Polaris RZR last weekend, but haven't watched any of the footage yet

Thanks for the info. I think I have it currently set up for 1080 and 60fps. don't recall if I have Superview turned on. I had an earlier video that was superview and 1440 and high frame rate. Too much data and hard to download etc. I'm using GoPro Studio, but seems clunky to me. Also I've added musi...

GoPro learning

I got a GoPro in April, but have only tried to use it a couple times. I have no idea what I'm doing. I would like to put some music on them, but don't know how. Anyway I have managed to play a bit. Here's a clipped up video from yesterdays flight home. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=es459EnDNAg&fea...
