I am changing out my plastic brake lines from the foot peddle brake cyl to the brake wheel calipers. Bonaco Pegasus makes RV4 brake lines #3 with #4 AN fittings. Anyone have any dealings with Bonaco. or should I just make up 1/4 inch aluminum brake lines

Yes! An RV4 is or can be lightened up if you just eliminate all the hip and gatta have goodies. But then you would have to look out the canapy and watch this country slip by at 165 knots at 7.5per hour or 23 mpg with a WAC chart on your lap. Yaw String

An inexpensive drill stop can be made out of RC model plastic fuel line. The drill size 3/32 #40 1/8 #30 5/32 #20 can be cut to or adjusted to any depth size. The total cost around fifty cents A no mar finish each time.
