Re: RV9A WV

After 3.5 months I have completed the ailerons and flaps for my 9A. I did wind up with oil canning on one of my ailerons, its just in one section between the ribs. Not sure what to do about this??? Now its time to start on the right wing. Left wing is complete with the exception of riveting bottom s...

Top skins riveted on. Paul and Dave came over and in 2 1/2 hours we were done. I was totally surprised that we did them that quick.

Re: RV9A WV

Making slow steady progress. Left Leading edge and Left tank complete. Up next, skins. I have inboard skin dimpled and ready to go, still have to dimple the outboard skin. Hopefully tonight. Possibly riveting skins on Fri and Saturday. http://i1075.photobucket.com/albums/w440/gsxphil/71A165F5-B9B8-4...

Re: RV9A WV

Then they proceeded to put one of the forks of a fork truck through the side of the box. Thankfully Van's has already ...

All I have left to do is attaching the fiberglass tips and mount the Trim Servo in left elevator, I think that's it. Ready to take a break from buildi...
