I have had the engine hanging on the firewall for about a year, and am now ready to install the cowl. My question is, will there be further droop of the engine (as the engine is run), and if so, how much should I plan for?

Creative Air Strobe schematic?

Does anyone have any experience trying to clearcoat polished aluminum? I have often wondered, in this day of "killer urethanes" and "moisture catalyzed" paints if there is something that would stick, and maintain the reflectivity? Any experiences?

what is the paint like material (to mark a nut or bolt after tightening) used to determine if it has gotten loose? It is usually red, but I have also seen other colors.... can it be purchased commercially?

I am ready to install the aluminum pitot/fuel lines, and have searched the forums for info on flaring tools... seems like the Roto Flair, and the much simpler looking Hi Duty flaring tool (from Spruce) seem like the two that are often used.. any thoughts on which is better suited?

I am ready to cut the aileron pushrods, but cannot find a measurement to cut the rod .. there is a length on dwg 15 for Heim center to center (27 1/8 inch), but after much study, I cannot find the length for the rod alone... am I missing something?

When I did my inventory, I recorded the bag numbers on the pop rivets, and now cannot tell which is which... Is the cad plated pop rivet used for the fiberglass parts the CS4-4 as shown on the plans?
