the cleveland tool looks fool proof but it is not. it likes to walk off of the material really screwing things up. so make sure you apply pressure to keep the flanged bearing in contact with the edge. good luck.

very few edges actually need rolling. but it doesnt hurt. i didnt do mine and they layed perfectly flat as did all of the other skins. i did roll the tail feathers however.

they make a special tool for it but you can drill them out with high speed-low pressure. the trick is low pressure. to much pressure and the rivet will spin creating a difficult removal.

i like your math better. :) when the interest rates dropped about 6-7 years ago i took a 30 year note refinanced it and went 15 years on it. It only increased it 100 a month. i think it is @ 5.5 now so i dont see another break any time soon. Having trimmed 15 years off of my mortgage is quite satisf...
