I went for the RV-8A

I've flown tailwheel airplane (Citabrias) and nose wheel similar to the RVs (Grumman Tigers) and I prefere the nose wheel. I don't want to pay for the additional insurance that the tailwheel costs. Van's has said that they just Alodine and the Veriprime. And that is all they recommend. That is what I have been doing on the tail. And Van keeps saying "just build the airplane." Using Alumiprep 33 before Alodine

I am planning to Alodine and VariPrime the interior of the airframe. But the normally recomended cleaner is Alumiprep 33. The bottle states not to use on high copper alloy aluminum. 2024 has 4.5% copper, very high. Any one have experience in using this cleaner, or can they recommend another cleaner ...
