It is a restaurant in Hortonville, just north of Oshkosh. A bit of a drive, but the food there is outstanding.

I will definitely be there, along with my wife.

I was able to get my Vivida borescope through the outer lightening hole on the rear HS spar (my HS side rib holes are filled). No cracks on my RV-9A!

I think this tool is best used for places where you can only access one side. Sort of like a blind rivet, or on a very large surface (like a Boeing) where in production you wouldn't want to have to waste time deburring twice for each hole.

They use these to deburr holes. Stick it in your drill. spin it up insert the tool into the hole and it deburrs both sides with that little piece on the side of the shaft.

On the RV-14 empennage, the plans (page 12-02) have you bend that lower part of the flange where the lower fairing attaches. The parts are common to the RV-9, so bend away!

I've never had my RV-9A near Vne. Don't plan on doing that test. What is the point? I don't fly the airplane at those high speeds or in that configuration. I trust Van's numbers and certainly wouldn't exceed them by any percentage.
