Electric Chase

I think that I could run the wires from the center of the Spar forward on the floor under the Boost pump to the fire...

Thanks John, yes that is true to turn them both on at the same time for landing and shut one off for the taxi. However, I guess I really did not want to turn them both on for the landing. I thought that there must be a way to turn on the landing and then a switch for the taxi. But maybe not. On my C...

Schematic for land/taxi lights

Hello RB friends,
I have a question I want to wire two landing lights to one rocker switch, and then turn one of them off with a rocker switch to use as a taxi light.

What is the schematic for such a configuration.

Thanks

John, did you order the firewall forward form Van's?
I have been debating to order, I was not sure if I would use all that comes with it. Do they give a detailed list?

Firewall template

I was wondering if there is a firewall template that would give at least a general location of components that are to be used with the IO180?
Thanks

Mike,
I do not think the price you pay is so important as the real issue is making a determination of the pressure differentiation between what is going in and what is coming out. Of course one would want to know as accurate as possible to the actual input pressure.

Bruce, Happy birthday!!!! :)

I noticed that you have the finish kit ordered. Way to Go! You will get a kick out of working on the canopy and then finishing the fiberglass around the windscreen. A blast

Great to hear that you are going to build. I am a 7A and I am presently working on windshield fairing. It is a challenge, the worst of the build so far, but it is still great! Welcome

Mark, Glad to hear that you have chosen an RV. I think you will enjoy the build. As far as what come with the kit. No items that I think you are expecting. No cables, except rudder and seat belt; no wiring; very little firewall forward, I think only Brake fluid reservoir and of course the engine mou...
