You're actually moving the rivet holes 1/16th, to give more room for the puller, and therefore must then move the bolt holes to make up for the difference.
I read Dan's and Brad's write-up about 3 or 4 times before I had it down. Works great...eventually.

My $.02... A lot of the wing work is a beat down...boring & repetitive. You will most likely want to do as much of the tedious stuff as you can to get it done, and not have to look at doing it all over again, like Tom said. Since you're in that place anyway, the only difference between one at a time...
