Spike, or anyone else who thinks they have an answer.

My question:
Since the new rivetbangers site has been running, I have had to manually log-in evertime I visit the site. Even though I've checked the box for auto log me in.

Any Ideas as to why? Perhaps somewhere in my browser's options/settings I need to change something ?

I think it may be a setting in the software for the cookie domain. Do you access the forums with www.rivetbangers.com or rivetbangers.com without the www.?

Which ever one you use you might try the other. I never use the www. and have had no problems.

Just a thought.

Another thought is old cookies. We slightly changed the path of the bbs in the rebuild. If you haven't you should clear your RB cookies and see if that fixes the problem. I don't explicitly have the cookie domain set in the config.
