I have most of the layout finalized, just a couple of small issues to think through before getting the hole thing cut. I'm going to try and layout a CAD file for it and perhaps water jet cut mine locally, but I have also been toying around with the idea of cutting some or all of it by hand.
How did you cut yours ??
I had mine water jet cut locally for $50.00. I used solidworks to lay everything out, since it's the CAD package I use for a living. In order to fit the large screen AFS EFIS and two radio stacks I cut the inboard edges of the side panels back a bit, except for where the nutplates are. I then made the radio stack angles to match. Here's another 1000 words, view is of back left side of panel. The blue lines are traced directly from the subpanel. I should have space the screws holding the angles a bit differently... I didn't model in enough detail.
