Hi Cap'n, no reply on this one so I thought I would pass on my version of a simple, affordable VFR panel. This is going in my RV-7A and includes the Icom A-210 from your group purchase.
The AirGizmo mount is for a Lowrance AirMap 600C GPS

Not sure why I missed this thread...I have a bunch of panel pics on my home computer. However, this is one that I have at work that I kept for the heater duct work, but the panel is about as basic as you can get but still has screens.

Hmmmmm...

Good eye CEEJ. I cropped the high rez pic and lightened it up a bit. I have no idea what this would be for, but it appears as though it's 1/4" or smaller AL tubing.
Somebody with an A model chime in here...isn't the line going forward horizontally the vent line penetration? Not sure I agree CJ, that looks smaller than 3/8" to me, but I am curious now...
Chad, that plane (-6A) is "MOJO" and belongs to Mark Phillips (fiveonepw@aol.com). He has numerous mods including retractable steps. You can contact him and ask about the plumbing... 931-626-2545

You are correct Chad. The vent line is at the leading edge of the tank, though I did not know there was a difference between the A variants and the non A variants. I had thought the difference was between aerobatic tanks and non aerobatic tanks.

I'm not sure what the difference is, but there is something different. The TD's vent line comes out the top of the tank. Both of my vent lines are in the same location, and I have one upside-down tank, and one standard.
