Wichita - Mother's Day

Post by A2022 »

It was a very nice trip to Wichita for Mother's Day. A nice easterly wind for the trip there but the wind remained easterly for the return as well, so no gain. I engaged my auxiliary auto pilot, and she flew 5/6ths of the flights. I have noticed that old guys with hats, headsets, and sunglasses all look the same. :)

when I was in Wichita over the weekend I stopped at "The Yard Store" and picked up some factory surplus items. #40 cobalt 12-inch drill bits and other stuff. 6-inch scales were $1.
