So after almost three weeks of heavy rain and or low overcast clouds we in the Willamette Valley got a break. Yes it's time to roll the plane out and go flying. Conditions were smooth as glass with light winds. Visibility was several hundred miles. Forecast, more of the same for the next two days. Yes the sky was that blue.

That is like the several weeks of rain we had here recently!

Couldn't fly for the longest time.

Yeah but John, we never get visiblity like that. We are lucky to get 15 - 20 miles 5 times per year.

beautiful jim! we get days like that here too, so i know what ya mean by that gorgeous blue sky! 8) i've had two trips cancelled this week due to weather, but the weekend looks great, and i might get to deliver a socata trinidad tc back to st. louis, if it's outta annual by then! 8) i love that airplane!
