Fellow builders,
I have a question about the aileron stop. If I place it as indicated in the drawings, will it be in the right place to restrict travel both down and up?
17 degrees down and 37 degrees up.

Dave, the "delrin stop" is a 1/2" (as I recall it) rode with a #10 hole drilled through the center of it and pit on the aileron pushrod bolt to limit the aileron's travel. The delrin will very delicately tap on the aileron attach horn whenever it reaches max travel.
Mine is all together right now but I could try to get a picture if need be.
