Fuel return lines
I am thinking of running return lines to my tank and wondering what you guys think of using the same style fitting used for the vent line and I would drill a hole thru the rib going into the second bay put the line thru the hole with some pro seal on each side. I would need to pull the access plate for the fuel sender off but that should not be to bad to do. Pros or cons to doing it that way. There is not a lot of room on the end rib of the 9 to do much else? Thanks Looking pretty hard at the EFII ignition and fuel injection.

Hey Joe,
I did pretty much that in my tanks. Here is what it looks like.

As it turned out, I went with Precision Airmotive (Bendix knock off) and didn't need them.
I plugged them and that is the way they are today.

Hi Joe,
I plumbed my 3/8" return line to the second-most inboard fuel bay:

And here is a pic from the outside:

If you are using capacitive senders, be aware of your placement so the return line doesn't interfere with the capacitive plate.

We installed a return line for future use if needed just like Mike did, but we only used ¼ in tube. Hope the ¼ in tube is not a problem if needed.
