cherrymax!

Post by tmbg »

Everyone always talks about the cherrymax rivets, but they don't come with the kits... how can one anticipate what cherrymax rivets one might need over the course of the project?

In simpler terms, can anyone make me a list of sizes that are 'nice to have' on hand, and I'll grab a bunch when I go to spruce? I'm planning on going down to spruce this weekend to get some stuff.

I get mine locally at the FBO. They had an assortment and I grabbed a few of each.

Get a few of each kind!

they're turrible 'spensive! I talked to a local -7 builder, and he used them specifically on the leading edges of the wings, and he used 4-3 and 4-5 universal head, so I got I think 30 of each of those at spruce yesterday :D
