I have found we had much better control over quality of squezed rivets, particularly the 1/8 inch rivets by putting the squezer in a mill vise for support and then using body weight to press down on the handle. The second photo is of a quick and dirty squezer frame to accept Avery Yokes that uses a hand crank mechanism: this worked very well to rivet the hard to get at and set 1/8 inch rivets on the rudder horn for the RV-7
