I'm a little late to this post but here is a phot oof my table. I made use of the wing crate and it has worked out great so far. Gives me an enclosed area to store stuff in and more space on top of the crate to lay items when needed. I made the top 38 inches high which has worked well for me. I am 6' 3" and on occasion I stand on a little 5" platform to reach things better. The top is 4' X 8' and has a 5 1/2" overhange on the sides.
