Easy fast dimples

Post by jim_geo »

I wanted a simple way to get at those four rivet holes on the leading edge of the emp.

While wandering around my shop I found a bar of Aluminum, drilled a hole in the end of it and wala a dimple die holder.

It works very well.

Nice rig! Good tip!

I did a similar thing with a small slab of steel bar, but I drilled and countersunk the bar itself.

Hey CJ,

A little late for you. You get a free upgrade to the DRDT-2 when you buy their RV tool kit.
