Nice builder's site by the way, Ill make sure I have it listed in the resource pages. I dont think anyone here has heard of that product, though, by the description on your site it sounds like a good one.

I dont have alodine either, but a Dupont product that is quite similar to alodine. I may have to consider switching over to this based on your observations. Looking at your site it looks as though you are not going to use any type of primer, is that correct?

I was curious when I first heard about it too. I emailed the company (link on their website) and in 3 days I received the MSDS sheets as well as their Technical Data sheets. They also include a report on an independent study performed by Boeing and how it compares head-to-head with Alodine and a couple more major primers. Pretty impressive.

I am using Sanchem on all interior emp parts as well as inside skins. Ay this time I am only planning to prime the fuselage cockpit. I am also priming the odd non-Alclad parts with SW rattle can (although it is really unnecessary).

The best part is the Sanchem adds no additional weight.
