How many RV's at your home port?

Post by captain_john »

Kinda like Chad's thread about how far you have to drive, buuuutttt...

Here at Plymouth, we have 3.

An old -4, a brandy new -6 and a -9A with a Super-oo engine.

I know there are many more RV's at other ports, but not too many here in New England!

We are working on changing that!

WE have several at SFF. One guy has built about 8 RV's . Someone seems to be waiting for him to finish one so they can buy it. I fly with 4 or more. And I am helping with three under construction. there are probably more than twenty around the Spokane area. If we could all get together we could start another RV squadron!

...hence the name, RAMP FLEAS!

Thermos told me that one yesterday!

I thought it to be quite appropriate!

LOL... I will pass on your slogan idea to the EAA boys!

We have lots of cool stuff on the field... 2 or 3 P-51s, a handful of T-6s, a P-40, a Bearcat, an L-39, a dozen or so Pitts's and various other aerobatic types, not to mention homebuilts of all flavors. Our other saying is... "Every weekend is airshow weekend at Livermore".

2 RVs at Sanford -- one 6A and a 7.

Up the road at Biddeford there are three more. One is a 4 but I am not sure what the others are.
