I had to tighten mine up when I filled the tanks. Just be sure to loosen the bottom nut then turn the lower part of the cap in a little to tighten the rubber seal. I think I almost threw it away befotre I figured out that the bottom part of the cap is threaded! The nut is for safety purposes! :bang:

Hmmmm, I wonder if it opens beer bottles too!?!

Speaking of that, cleco pliers do a GREAT job opening bottles when used upside down! Anyone ever tried that?

No...us standard cap drivers just have strong fingers :P

Seriously, you use the driver on the end of your fuel tester. You DO check the sumps after fueling don't you?

I already have a cap opener that I carry with me on my keychain. It's a "custom" opener that I got from Jack Holland. I'll post a pic of it at some point...
