Re: Chad!
We'd just have to make up stuff about our hair-raising flying experiences! You know, hanger talk...JimPappas wrote:If we don't rib each other what will we do when we go back to the Otter next year?
Or we could always talk about all the boats for sale in Wisconsin!
You know it! That's one thing I'll never change my mind on! I just told her you said hi, she says hi back.JimPappas wrote:At least for all the teasing we give Chad about his many decision changes - aka weathervane- he made one really good choice a very long time ago and stuck with it very wisely.....
Hi Brit!
Hi Cathy!
It's a shame we're so close, and only see you guys at the flyins...JimPappas wrote:Good man Chad, miss you guys.
I ordered the parts the first week of May I recieved them the first week of August. They've been sitting in the shop ever since (they're safe in original packaging) By the time I get the thing built you'll be able to afford it . Just kidding Chad. Every time I walk into the shop I think to myself "You have got to take a week and put that thing together". Finding time has become a goal of mine. Once I finish the canopy I think I'll take a week.
Pretty soon.
Pretty soon.
Chad
Hey you two fly up and we'll buy you both a steak dinner!
Cathy says Hi back!

no doubt about that. seems much more real over here.captain_john wrote:Well said, Willie Weez!
Just to underscore the way we do business here on RB, we are all friends. Sometimes to the casual observer it may appear that we are flaming people all the time. I assure you, it is all in jest. The humor can sometimes be lost in the text of a message. It can be difficult or impossible sometimes to portray your pun with words.
Chad knows that we are teasing him.
Dontcha Chad!

Can't be a Sube as it only has 3 main bearings- Sube has 5 on a four banger. No crankpin overlap either so a loooong stroke too. Looks suspiciously like a Textron product or clone.1:1_Scale wrote:I dunno, it looks an aweful lot like a Subaru or VW aircooled engine to mebullojm1 wrote:In fact, amazingly enough, it looks somewhat like a legitimate air cooled aircraft engine.
Chad, just get a 360, you're killing us all here.
Flying alone just isn't that much fun all the time.
