Website With (what looks like some) Good Information

Post by Terry B »

I dont know if it is appropriate to post this here, but while surfin around, I located www.rvproject.com . It looks like it has some good information related to building a RV type airplane. (I was looking at tools that I will eventually need.) Check it out.

Thats Dan Checkoway's site. He is known for having one of the better builders sites out there.

Thanks Terry,

Dan is the man. You will find that by and large, Dan is right on the money with most things RV.

He has a very detail oriented eye and isn't afraid to share his opinions, no matter what it is.

His site could be considered the quintessential RV-7 site.

I agree. Checkoway's site has lots of good construction photos and some great aerial shots for inspiration. Of course those videos don't hurt either. How he found the time to build up the site and build the plane I don't know.
