Lance's baby, N108LF, is finally home!

Post by cjensen »

Lance emailed me his pics of his 8 finally home from the paint shop last night, and asked me to post them up on RB since his gallery upload wasn't working for some reason. So, for Lance, I present N108LF at home!!

Thanks for posting, Chad. I stink at computers :bang:

In the third picture, you can see my house project for this winter--not near as much fun as the RV.

On another note, It also survived its first inspection. Because of the house project and the poor timing of an April birthday, I brought it to our AI to do the inspection. All was well, so it was a good feeling to have another set of eyes check it over after its first 85 hours.

Now to do a few more details that I ignored over the summer, like finishing the interior, and seeing how much weight it gained over the summer and in its new clothes :(

The different letters on each side are the initials of my 6 year old Lucas and 8 year old Breck, my helpers for the project.

Nice airplane Lance! I like the paint job! We have a 6 year old grandson named Lucas. I didn't dare name my airplane after grand children because we have had three more in the 10 years it took me to get the airplane built. The N number is for the birth months of our three kids with my wife and my first intials. N784TB. I didn't get that good a look at your house on the way to Devils Lake 10/11/10 but you sure have a nice place! I look forward to seeing you this summer!

Thanks for the replies!! The yellow house is my parents, and my family and I live in the gray one. We have been here since 1895.

Can't wait to meet you guys, hopefully this summer!!
