I heard a statistic the other day (I think at SNF) that for every airplane that comes off of the manufacturing line, Cessna writes a $50K+ check for the liability policy for that *singe* aircraft.arffguy wrote: And that 300,000 bucks for a entry level airplane, well, that one you can blame our litigious society for that.Half the cost of a new airplane is liability insurance, I hear.
