By March 31st, I had completed over 8,000 push-ups since January 5th. I’ve slowed down a bit lately because I’ve been spending more time on the bike, but I’m hoping to get back on track and hit 9,000 in the next couple of weeks to finish the 90-day challenge. These push-ups have been very helpful in building the necessary muscle strength to make loading and unloading my bike from the aircraft easier, and I plan to continue.

On a side note, I’m planning to build some raised garden beds this year. It will be my first time trying them.

It's okay to indulge in dessert occasionally when following a one-meal-a-day approach. My daughter made tres leches cake for the first time, and it was amazing! I'll burn off ten times the calories with a long bike ride tomorrow. One meal a day helps keep your weight in check. Eat whatever you want.
