Now wait a minute! You have 2, count 'em 2 4WD/AWD vehicles including the monster truck. Didn't I hear you say something about the reason you bought the lunar-orbit-changing monster truck so that you could get out when it snows?
Say, here's an
... bolt a snow plow on the nose of that beast and earn some wing kit bucks!
Just kidding, of course. I plan to stay home myself tomorrow and bang away on the laptop between shoveling sessions. Might be good to be able to concentrate on writing documentation with no one else around.

Hmmm, looks as though I have been schooled by David.
And for the record, I did not say that I could not get out, just that I was going to hide. I brought some stuff home today and I think I can get away with not going into the office tomorrow as a result.
I did buy the lunar-orbit-changing monster truck, but that was so that I can get out and not miss important things and work ain't one of them (besides, the boss is more of a schlep than I am)
For someone who wants to use the truck to move a fuse you sure are mouthy
As for you John, may you get burried when this thing gets up north to you.

Ouch! Spike sure knows how to threaten me (withholding use of monster truck to move fuse). I withdraw any possible negative comment I may have made or may make in the future, including from any future children, relatives, pets, or other life forms. I further submit that Spike and the monster truck are the very embodiment of manliness and that the snow within a 5 nm radius spontaneously melts whenever he starts it up from sheer fear
. Just don't fly overhead, as the local gravity exerted by the monster truck can cause a 100' loss of altitude for small planes. Birds have a real problem - can't take off whenever Spike is nearby. The DoD is studying the issue to see if it can be converted into an ADIZ defense system.
All in good fun, of course! Can you tell I enjoy razzing Spike about the monster truck? Guess I have a case of monster truck envy.
Only had a couple of inches at my house this AM with a light crust of
ice on top. Roads coming to work were mostly cleared by 10AM. Sure is pretty!

You crack me up David.
I got out this morning once I got done shoveling the North 40. The roads were very clear and it was an easy commute. You at least did go home sometime last night didnt you?
BTW let me know when you do want to move the fuse. Though I imagine we want the roads to dry out first.
