Just a note to let you guys know that there is now a new website online. Many of you know about wiki's, the most popular being wikipedia.com. There is now an RV based wiki at http://www.rvwiki.org.

The wiki has been started by Dwight Frye who has been working on this for a while (I know I started talking to him about it back in April and he had the idea well before that). He now has another gentleman (Tedd McHenry I believe) helping him out with managing the content. Anyway, Im excited about this because I think it will be great for the community!!

Anyway, please spend some time over there and help out by giving them content and any information that you think might be beneficial to the rest of the community.

Thanx and keep pounding those rivets!!

Thanks for the kind words

Thanks for passing along the news about the RVWiki. It was Tedd who originally suggested the wiki, and I simply chimed in saying I would be happy to help on the technical end of things (having set up and run wikis before). It has taken this long to get things going mainly because nobody really had time to focus on shepherding content ... but Tedd is in a position now to devote a little time to that, and between us I think we can keep it moving forward. HOWEVER, it won't be worth a plug nickel unless folks contribute. Wikis are by definition community-built ... so I invite you all to come participate! Thanks. :)
