Here's Joe Schumacher's response to me this evening...
Hi Chad-
In most cases, I run a school of sorts where people come and stay with me
and learn the process as I taught on "From the Ground Up" and then they go
home with their airplane and builder's certificate. In other cases, I like
to build almost more than fly, so I always have a project around that I
build, fly for a while and then sell.
Thanks,
Joe
Does that clear up things?

NOPE! Not clear. Tell him to try again as though he were addressing people of intelligence.
