VOIP is the next great thing in communication. Free for now but you can bet your booties they will try to find some way to charge you.
All the big communications companies liike Cisco are making their next generation routers to handle VOIP. It would be a good thing to invest in.

Haven't installed it myself but have spoken to people elsewhere who have. My friend in Beijing had it for a while and it was pretty awful. He could hear me fine, but his voice sounded like he was being strangled underwater while chewing on gravel. Not an isolated incident, either, because he called several times over a few weeks. One of my local customers just started using it and there's a half-second cut-out of voice every five seconds or so.

Makes sense when you think about how internet connection speeds vary so much, and frequently stall out.

YMMV and if you're having good luck, that's great!

P-Wich... that isn't my experience at all.

The quality was excellent and the experience was fine! No gravel or strangulation whatsoever!

If anyone else comes on board, gimme a call!
