It was a familiar feeling that I couldn't place, but familiar nonetheless.

As I was refilling my AN426-3-3.5 tray (we use a few of those, huh!) the familar feeling came back. Only THIS TIME I could PLACE IT!

Looking at all those brand new, shiny rivets is just like when you were a little kid and you were opening a brand new container of BB's for your first BB gun!

Remeber that feeling!?! I do!

I felt so wealthy and though I could shoot FOREVER!!!

Anyone else get that feeling?

Oh yeah! I used to get them in cartons that looked like milk cartons and when you looked at them you would think that you would never run out. Of course a month or so later I needed another carton. I must say the rivets seem to last longer than the BB's did.

Good comparison, at least from my point of view and background.

Wait till you figure out how to make a blow gun using an air fitting, a straight piece of tubing, and rivets for ammo!

For some reason I just got to this thread...I totally remember this from being a kid at my Grandfather's house. My cousin and I used to go around the pond shooting frogs. Those cartons of BB's got me thru the summer!

Had that feeling just a couple of weeks ago with my 22 . Just got one of those red dot scopes and a few new boxes of shells. Yer right there's something about a new box of ammo
