WOW...I just finished priming the innards of my HS, so I have a reference for my sincere appreciation of the progress. Looking at those photos is very cool. Nice Job...very inspiring.

thanks guys. The total rib count is 170. They are all formed, and many have their primer/sealer. Tonight I finished bending up the last of the (what felt like 1-billion) stiffener angles and attach brackets for the ribs.
If all goes well I may just drive my first rivet this week some time!
here's tonight's triumph.

yep, I started in May of 2006.
Thanks for the compliments. I think I've got a good head of steam built up this time. I pretty much took last year off of the build, but I got my ppl and got some other projects out of the way.
Don, I'm not even counting my hours, I wouldn't want to even contemplate the number of rivets needed

Nice Ribs!
Good work Kieth! It almost makes me want to start building a Bearhawk once my RV-6A is flying. Fortunately my wife doesn't go on Rivet Bangers or the funeral director would have to close out my Rivet Bangers account.
