There is a group buy for lights going on at another web forum. Aveo combination nav lites/strobes for $528 and a lifetime warranty.
See this web page if you're interested:

Aren't these one of the types of LED's that are causing all kinds of RF intereference ?
Not sure, maybe Brantel would know.

Not sure. Aveo claims they won't because the strobe power supply is integrated into the light assembly. You run 12V out to the light on the tip. If they do cause noise I'd like to know too. Thinking of buying some.

Not sure if these will or won't. If they did their homework and built in some RFI filtering, they should be OK.
There is another brand that are being reported as having major issues with this RFI problem. Details over on the VAF. It seems the company producing those decided not to release them at this time due to the RFI problems until they can get them resolved.
The main thing to look for is if the units use some sort of switching constant current power supply and they have not included some nice filtering in their design, you can almost assume they will have RFI issues.
If the design uses passive components or linear power supplies, or the designer included nice filters in the design, most likely they will be OK.
The LED strobes are another ball of wax that add additional complexities to the problems with RFI noise.
Regardless of what you buy, I would ask the vendor for some sort of written guarantee against RFI noise issues with their products. Who wants to spend a $1500 on a LED lighting solution that makes their radio's and intercoms unusable? A good commercial design will not have RFI issues!

Here are the results of a real world test of one of these lights and an aircraft radio....looks like they did their homework..

Wow, some of that is pretty heaving reading. Sounds like it's quiet enough to not make any radio noise, the point they seem to be arguing now is whether or not it meets brightness minimums. For the purposes of my FAA inspection, if it flashes and seems bright enough, and if I have a paper from the manufacturer that says it meets brightness specs, then that's good enough. I don't know who inspected their airplanes but the guy who inspected mine didn't go into that much minutia.
At any rate I've emailed the Aveo folks to ask for any documentation about meeting FAA standards blah blah blah. We'll see what they say.
Edit: I received an email from Christian Nielsen of Aveo in Slovakia. I'll not repeat his comments with regard to the FAA. Suffice it to say they are in the process of certifying the lights and he said he'd send me a copy of the TSO as soon as he gets it.
