Got 'em installed and working this week! Yep, I replaced my "Chadworks" landing lights with these, and they are WAY cooler than my attempt at landing lights!

These things are SUPER bright, and they have built in wig-wag!

Very cool. A bit of $$$, but well worth it to NEVER have to change light bulbs!

VERY Nice Chad! There is a lot to be said for not having to change a landing light in the middle of the winter, out on the ramp, in a 15 knot wind.

Did you decide on those after AeroLED's full court press at Osh this year? They were making tons of announcements and hitting the market full tilt boogie.

Hehe...I actually decided to buy them at their outdoor booth where the salesman was tripping all over his words. I knew I wanted them because Larry (f14rio) already has them, and they looked freakin' sweet. I did pay for them at their indoor booth, and heard them giving the full court press to another customer. I just paid, and walked away...

Nice!

I am wondering if there is a way for me to convert my Duckworks lights to these... :headscratch:

How wide is the block of lights Chad?

Should be about the same amount of work as it was for me Jeff. I used the Duckworks cutout and made my bay bracket after the DW one. I think the only difference you may have is the cutout in the bracket. Mine is round for the lights I had in there. All you need to do is fab a bracket for the LED brick...which I think is 4" wide. I can verify that for you tomorrow, although I think it's on their website. 8)

Thanks Chad. I'll check it on the website. I thought of that after I pushed submit. One of the effects of looking down in the mouth all day!
