Some of you on Facebook may or may not already know, but fellow Rivetbangers...my airplane flew tonight!!! Pics and video soon!! It was WELL covered!!!

Only issue was the intercom quitting on me...still had comm, but no intercom...

Otherwise, what a freakin' awesome evening!!!

What a proud moment!! A very big congratulations. I am so sorry I got tied up in St. Louis and couldn't make it, but will be up tomorrow on my way to Osh to see the steed if you are around.

I am so proud!!! I almost teared up looking at the pics on your build log! I remember that day for myself and it took me hours to come down off that high!!!

Congratulations Chad! :) :) I am glad you got some transition training and got the job done before you headed to Oshkosh. Maybe you will decide to stay home and fly the time off. Do you have a 25 hour fly off or a 40 hour fly off? Again glad to see it flying and I won't give you a bad time today! It is a day you will never forget! The only thing better in my life was the birth of our three children and seven grandchildren! Good going!
