Just in case you are grounded by bad weather...(Chad)...I thought I would share the joy. It was only 5*F when I got to the hangar, I puttered around trying to decide what testing to do. Then got a call from a LongEz friend who was in Bozeman on business. His offer: You fly, I'll buy.

Met him at 1330 at KBZN. Here's Aurora while I waited for him to drive in.

And after a nice BBQ Brisket sandwich, I was climbing out made a left turn along the beautiful Bridger Mountains. Here's a shot of Sacajawea Peak off right wing from 7000'.

So remember:
1. nice days are not to be squandered.
2. life is short, enjoy it
and finally,
3. I will fly for food!

Now that is a nice set of conditions to be flying in, that grin isn't coming off your face for a while Brian.

Yep the grin doesn't seem to go away. Kevin snapped this pic as I loaded up to head home.

Field elevation is 4420msl but DA was 1700'. The air was thick and cold. He said my climbout was spectacular. My Dynon VSI range is set too low as it was pegged at 2000 for a while.

so much fun yesterday I had to go again today. 9S5 has good conversation and hot coffee. Thinking about taking a vacation day tomorrow

Man, Brian!

Those pics are awesome! Aurora looks real good strapped on to you, with that big RV grin. Keep 'em coming, will ya? I really like these little fly-out reports.

Bruce, you need to get that finish kit delivered, so you can get to Osh with us this summer. ok maybe in 2012.

These RV's better than I really knew or even expected. 180kts or 140kts it's all good.....and one of these days I will make 2 landings the same. :o
