Tire Jack

What has most Rv owners done about the tire jack?
I saw one one a web site, but cannot find it now

The wing jack that bob has is also very useful, especially for any landing gear fairing work. I bought my jacks from Harbor Freight as well, but made a different kind of stand since I don't have access to a welder:

Thanks for the replies. I like what you have done for a "wing" jack, They look really great!
I looked at Avery's jack and I am not impressed. They say that you have to modify the wheel nut. How does one get the tire off anyway?
I want one that I can take on a trip in the airplane, as if I have a flat at another airport or grass strip I will have a jack.
