Smitty - Awesome instructional video! I'm trying to figure out how to mount a GoPro on my wingtips. My issue is I used the hing method (i.e. no screws), so I am having trouble determining the best way to make a mount. A 3-48 screw is roughly the same diameter as the #40 holes the rivets currently use. My thought would be to drill out some rivets and use 3-48 screws to attach a mount.

Anyone know where I can pick up a 3-48 nutplate, or something equivalent? It doesn't need to be an aircraft part. The smallest I have seen are 4-40 nutplates at Aircraft Spruce.

Thx!
