Forum Software Upgrade

Tonight I upgraded the forum software to the latest level. As you regulars have probably noticed, the spammers had gotten a little out of control as of lately. The new software should hopefully make it more difficult for them to sell us the little blue pills CJ eats like tic-tacs! 
Let me know if something doesn't look quite right. It's been years since I have performed an upgrade (hey, at least it hasn't been a decade+!).
