warmer weather - stretch the muscles

warmer weather is a good time for older (not old) folks to stretch the muscles and run some miles. less chance for pulling a muscle. take plenty of time to stretch before a run. if the running becomes difficult just stop and walk, then pick it up again. set a goal. listen to some music. drink plenty of water before and after a run. enjoy the benefits of exercise.
