trying it again this year. if you are going to fly, it's good to stay in shape. last year a 64 yr old ran it in 1:37, that's moving and world class. this year I am hoping for a top five. need to get another 10 lb off, it's all about weight. I'm starving myself every day, forcing it down. We will be flying into TYS this year only because it's difficult to get a car this year at the downtown airport.
