the kids are grown and doing fine. my wife could manage without me and perhaps be even happier. this is probably the best time in my life for me to fly as I am retired and less needed in the overall scope. the biggest risk is for younger persons since they still have their full lives in front of them. everybody should have a rational for what they do. is my flying really needed, nope. it is fun and does it take me to new places, yes. if I see that I am going to auger in, I'll make it hard, but I am not planning on it. I try to stay away from WingNuts, because there is no reason to raise the risks.
