Which flight tests seemed risky?

For me, other than the first flight, the Vne and min fuel tests seemed to be the riskiest....
Vne was accomplished before and after painting. after painting I tested Vne +5%. there seemed to be a lot of wind noise. you want to make sure the canopy locks are in good condition before this test.
Min fuel was accomplished circling a remote airport at +2000 ft AGL. around and around until the engine stumbles. you want to fly as coordinated as possible in the turns.
