Building Jones

I had (what was supposed to be) a simple surgical procedure last week, but because of complications I have to stay off my feet for the rest of this week.
Anyway, after working on the kit steadily for almost 4 months now, this is the first significant break I have taken. And it really sucks!
I can't believe how much fun building this airplane has become and how much I look forward to working on it each day.
Back in my A&P days, I used to do sheet metal repairs and antenna installations and such, and it was fun (sometimes). But now that I am actually fabricating an entire aircraft for my personal use it is a totally different feeling
Anyway, this site is helping with the jones and it is a great resource too. But of course I can't wait to get back out in the shop!
