Fuselage Ordered

Post by bmurrish »

Well, we all know the kit prices are going up 1 Jan. I figured I would beat the mad ordering rush so I faxed the order for my SB -8 fuse on Friday. So, I have about 3 months to finish sealing my tanks. :o
I'm pretty excited about getting the fuse. It will probably actually feel like I'm building a plane once I have something to sit in.

AWRIGHT, BILL!

This is why I did the same thing, not that long ago. Besides, it is good to have the stuff on hand when the next task draws nearer!

When you do your inventory (and I know that you already know this) do it thoroughly.

Reasons: The stuff will be sitting around for a long time and Van won't want to talk about it in a years time. Also, I had a dented skin and returned 2 weldments for poor workmanship. These were the first items that I ever had to send back and I am glad that I caught them now rather than later.

It's all over but the flying! 800+ hours in only 3 years!
